Sky is the limit when Tom decides to shop

Tom Cruise sent a private jet to pick up his groceries.

The Mission: Impossible star - who is currently staying at a secluded
ranch in Colorado with fiancée Katie Holmes and their three-month-old daughter Suri - shopped in style on Saturday when Holmes reportedly developed a thirst for cherry soda.

The 44-year-old actor wasted no time to attend to his partner's wishes and ordered his private jet carrying his two assistants to get her some bottles of the drink.

The long-haul shopping trip caused a spectacle at the local airport, when the plane waited on runway for two hours, as two servants unloaded the delivery.

The bags - reportedly packed with fizzy drinks and organic food - were then taken back to the ranch.

The bizarre shopping trip is the latest attempt from the Top Gun actor to keep his family out of the public eye.

Katie, 27, has also been rarely spotted since giving birth to Suri, who has still not made her first public appearance. - Bang Showbiz
